An effective leader must be an instructional leader and able to manage the learning environment .


• Provides leadership to involve the school in quality initiatives.
• Identifies teaching and earning needs of all staff members.
Managing the Learning Environment -High performing leaders manage the organization, operations facilities, and resources in ways that maximize the use of resources in an instructional organization and promote a safe, efficient, legal and effective learning environment

Technology – High performing leaders plan and implement the integration of technological and electronic tools in teaching, learning, management, research, and communication responsibilities.


• Uses quality improvement principles and processes in daily administration of the school.
• Collects and maintains information appropriate to the monitoring of all continual quality improvement goals.
• Shows positive trends in the achievement of improvement goal results in the area of business practices
• Uses technology to strengthen existing stakeholder relationships and build new relationships.
• Collaborates with faculty in the innovative integration of technology into the curriculum of all subgroups.
• Uses technology to analyzes school’s progress in meeting academic goals.
• Collaborates with staff in the selection of hardware and software.
• Promotes effective integration of technology school-wide.
• Models the use of technology.
• Monitors the integration of technology into the curriculum.
• Uses technology to analyze teacher effectiveness and to provide feedback.
